RAIL-GROSSING TRAGEDY. CHICAGO, July 26. Gottloib Stek, a railway flagman, waved a signal and saved the lives of four joyriders, and averted a possible train wreck.
But the very people whom Stek saved ran him down in their car and then sped away without being identified.
