Thero waa a largo attendance, the function being tho most successful held under tho auspices of tho Hall Committee for somo time. A number of patrons from Palmerston North took advantage of the free bus service and it is probable this innovation will become permanent. The winners of the euchro prizes were:—Ladies, Mrs W. Ho Clene and Mrs C. Terry; gentlemen, Mr C. Terry and Mr T. Howland. Mr 15. Palmer was M.C. for the dunce, whilst tho music wa3 supplied by a professional orchestra. Friends of Mr and Mrs O.
