THEATRICAL AGENT.
SUES FOR £7OO,
SAN FRANCISCO, July 14
“I congratulate you on the greatest flight that has ever been made up to this time,” was Colonel Lindbergh’s greeting to Captain Harry Lyon and James Warner here to-day. “Nothing of the sort,” replied Lyon. “Yours was a real flight, for we were four to your lone self.” The meeting was accidental. Lindbergh was the guest of a club on one side of tho street and Lyon and Warner were being feted at an hotel opposite. Hearing this, Lindbergh insisted that he must meet at least two of the heroes of the Pacific flight. As a sequel to the Southern Cross flight H. P. Ordw.ay, theatrical agent, to-day filed a suit against Lyon for £7OO. Ho alleges that Lyon had agreed to appear in vaudeville for 12 weeks at £250 a week, of which Ordway, as manager, was to receive 25 per cent.
