LONDON, July 26. The Bank of England returns for the ■week ended July .26, as compared with thoso for the week ended July 19, are as follows: — :
Short loans, 3i per cent., same as’ last week; three months bills, 4 1-6 per cent., oompared with 4 3-32 per cent, last week.
