Tho Government meteorological telegraphed to-day: The indications aro for northerly winds, moderate to strong, freshening to northerly winds strong to galo later, and veering by east to south. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather at first, but later there will bo dull weather with much mist and fog in parts with rain, developing milder temperatures.
