FOG PREDICTED.
Tho Government meteorological telegraphed to-day: The indications aro for northerly winds, moderate to strong, freshening to northerly winds strong to galo later, and veering by east to south. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather at first, but later there will bo dull weather with much mist and fog in parts with rain, developing milder temperatures. The barometer will be falling soon.
