EARTHQUAKE SUFFERERS.

In tho House of Commons, Sir Willi a m Joynson-ITicks stated that as a result of the Bulgarian earthquakes 17,102 houses were entirely, and 19,579 partly destroyed; 256,400 of the 515,617 inhabitants of devastated towns and villages were without shelter.
