"VT OTICE is hereby given that it is tho .IN intention of the Kairanga County Council to borrow the sum of one thousand nine hundred pounds (£1900) under the provisions of the “Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” for a period of twenty (20) years at a rate of interest not to exceed six pounds (£6) per centum per annum and to provide lor the repayment thereof by establishing a Sinking Fund of not less than two pounds (£2) per centum per annum for the purpose of:— Renewing three bridges in the Mangaone Riding, namely, Derby Creek Bridge, situated on the KairangaBunnythorpe Road; BullockyCreek Bridge, situated on Napier Road, and Mangaone Bridge, situated Robert’s Line. And for the payment of interest on such sum and the repayment of principal, the Kairanga County Council proposes to make a special rate of nineteen four hundred and fiftieths (1945(>ths) or a penny in tho £ over all rateable property In the whole of tho Mangaone Riding.
