BREWERY CONCERNS.
HUGE DEAL ANNOUNCED
LONDON, Aug. 12. A huge deal in breweries is officially announced. The Bass combine has provisionally agreed to purchase the Thomas Salt Limited, and subsidiary oompanies. The price is stated to bo £1,200,000. —A. and N.Z. cable. _
