FEILDING v. HUI MAI. The an ual inter-club match, Feilding v. Hi iAlai (Manakau) , was played on Sa urday afternoon during the motor s;k -ts. Public interest was naturally dii ;rted to the greater attraction, but the game, although lacking for spect: ;ors, did not want for vigour and e ithusiasm. Perhaps as was only to bi expected for an opening of the seasn game, the play was at times very raggi d but a good spirit prevailed througliou ;. Feilding won by 18 points to 8.
