FINED FOR THEFT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 23. Ralph Edward Miller, an electrician, to-day pleaded gu.lty before Mr Salmon, S.M., to stei ling a pair of trousers, valued at £1 4s, and nine pairs of socks, valued at 12s 3d, while working at the premises of the Wellington Woollen Manufacturing Company. A fine of £5, in default a month’s imprisonment, was imposed.
