LONDON, April 15. Tired of the monotony of life, Basil Finnigan, a native of Portsmouth, is going to America in searca of a title as the world’s most daring man. His plans include the crossing of Niagara Falls in a barrel in which he proposes dropping into the river, manacled hand and foot. In addition, his programme includes balancing feats, “high-flying” in aeroplanes, and clambering .up the. outside of skyscrapers. ! Finnigan declares that-he does not know fear an I dees not want money. He will‘undertake anything exciting, however yiskv, provided there is a reasonable chnice of success.
