CHARGE IN AUCKLAND

AUCKLAND, March 16. A charge of selling on October 31 a document entitled “The Path to Power,” which it was alleged encouraged violence and lawlessness, contrary to the War Regulations Act, was brought in the Police Court against Walter Hodgcson, who was remanded until March 30.
