WICHITA (Kan.), March 4

Joseph Seybold is suing Mrs May Moore, a spiritualist, claiming £IOOO damages for her failure to produce the spirit wife to whom she had married him.

The ceremony was atended by several earthly persons, while enormous spirits were also invited, a chair being provided for “Sarah,” who failed to materalise, despite Mrs Moore’s assurances that she .was there.

Seybold, who had bought a ring and given Mrs Moore the deeds of his farm, spent £2O on the wedding feast.
