MAORI’S DEATH.
Per Press Association. WHAKATANE, March 15. A Maori named Rangi Nika was found dead at ltuatoki yesterday, shot through the heart. The body was lying near a tree to which a shotgun was tied. To the trigger was attached a string which apparently deceased pulled, thus discharging the gun.
