SEPARATION FROM WHITES. TEXAS MEASURE PASSED. Received March 16, 10.15 a.m. NEW YORK, March 15. A message from Austin states that the Lower House of the Texas Legislature, by 104 votes to one passed a Senate bill providing for the separation or segregation of the white and negro races in the residential sections of Texas cities. This action followed immediately a Supreme Court decision declaring a similar Lousiana law unconstitutional. —A. and N.Z. cable.
