AN OFFER WITHDRAWN, INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. Received January 3, 8.5 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 31. The Countess of Warwick has withdrawn her offer to hand Easton Lodge, Dunmount, to the Labour Party, who are unable to find money to convert the palatial residence into a labour college.—A. and N.Z. cable.
