MEXICAN STRIKE CANCELLED. VANCOUVER, July .23. A message from Nogales, .Arizona, states that a general strike, involving 70,000 workers on the, Mexican national railroad lines, Iras been called for tomorrow morning.—A. and N.Z. cable. MEXICO CITY, July 24. The Confederation of Railroad Unions withdrew the general strike order. This, it is believed, is largely duo to intervention by President Calles.—Reuter.
