GERMAN SENSATION.
LUDENDORFF’S METHODS. ~FaRIS, July 24. A sensation has been caused throughout Germany by the publication of documents in Die Tageblatt showing that Ludendorff during the inflation period of 1022 tried to transfer his largo personal fortune abroad in order to avoid' paying taxes. The authorities discovered this and issued ii summons, but abandoned the proceedings, after obtaining a document admitting his guilt.—A. and N.Z. cable.
