ANTI-SWEARING.
ITALIAN CAMPAIGN. ROME, June 24. It is debatable if a policeman’s lot will becomo happier under the proposal of tho Anti-Blasphemy League that the police be given authority to collect a small fine from anybody heard swearing in tiro streets. Royalty, the Pope and Signor Mussolini aro supporting the campaign, and it is expected that a bill on these lines will shortly be introduced into the Italian Parliament. —Reuter.
