NO GROUND FOR COMPLAINT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 8. With reference to tho complaints of tlio passengers by the Waimana raised in the House of Commons, the agents of the company state that tho captain of the ship received an address expressing thanks for the cleanliness of tho ship the wholesome bill of faro, and tho 'general efficiency of the officers, and regretting that the pleasant a'ssociation terminated with tho voyage. The address was signed by a committee elected by the passengers. A passenger also wrote to tho company testifying that there we.* no ground for the complaints, but the trouble was caused by half-a-dozen malcontents.
