LONON, Jan. 11

Tewfik Bey, who led tho Turkish delcgaation at Genova, addressing tho Turkish Cabinet and staff generals, declared that Marquess Curzon’s promise at Lausanne that Britain would not agree to any decision regarding Mosul without Turkey's consent, was buried with Marquess Curzon, says a message from Angora. At present much depended on tho nature of the British proposals. Parliament had decided to postpono discussion until the Anglo-Turkish negotiations were moro advanced.
