POSED AS PRINCE.
BLACKMAILER ARRESTED. LONDON, Jan. 10. A j Czech, posing as a Persian prince, wlulo frequenting popular seaside resorts in Normanby, says a Paris message, frequently danced with a German Princess. Later ho wroto to this lady demanding 10,000 francs, and threatening to writo to her husband.
After consulting the polico the Princess feigned terror and invited tho Czech to Paris, where he was handed 10 marked 1000-i'i ■anc notes, resulting in his subsequent arrest at Murren (Switzerland).
