LONDON, Jan. 9

Dr. L. Haden Guest, Labour M.P., says ho believes that many women were offered honours in the New Year list, but refused because it is more distinguished nowadays to be excluded from the honours list.

A woman doctor says: “I- wonder that women bother about such trifles. Honours aro like a game wherein children exchange .toys.”
