OHAKUNE, Jan. 21. Charles Smith, labourer, of Itaetihi, was charged at the Magistrate’s G6urt with keeping liquor for sale in a native prescribed area. The information was dismissed on a technical point of procedure and accused was immediately arrested on the same charge which will ho heard at tho next sitting. Two other charges of a similar nature aro pending against Smith. *
