UPTURNED VESSEL
FLOATING IN THE PACIFIC. BELIEVED TO BE MISSING KETCH. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received December 30, 8.50- a.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 30. The master of the schooner Holmwood, bound from Wanganui to Newcastle, reported that he had sighted on tho 12tlv inst an upturned wooden vessel, floating about 100 miles northwest of the north end of the North Island of New Zealand. It is believed to bo the missing ketch Lialetta, which has been missing for some months.—Press Association.
