NEW SOUTH WALES SESSION. DEGRADATION AND SHAME. (By Electric Telegraph.--Copyright.) Received December 28, 10.15 a.m. SYDNEY Dec. 28. Mr Bavin, reviewing tne record of tho State session, said that every decent citizen would regard it as a record of degradation and shame. Politics in this State had been brought to a lower level than was ever touched before, and the proceedings of the Assembly would be a disgrace to any civilized community.—Press Association.
