AFRICAN COUNCIL’S DECISIONS. Received November 2, 8.55 a.m. CAPETOWN, Nov. 1. Tlio Council of tho South African Football Association decided to invito a British team to South Africa in 1927. With reference to New Zealand’s invitation, to send a team there in 1926, it was resolved that negotiations he opened with New Zealand on the understanding that no expense whatever be placed on the South African Association and- on the approval of guarantees from tlio New Zealand Association. The council decided not to re-affiliato with the International Federation, but agreed to join tho Football Association. of England, with the ultimate object of inclusion of all the Dominions in an international Association of the British Commonwealth of Nations. —Reuter.
