TIE FOR FIRST PLACE. Received November 2, 11.55 a.m. VANCOUVER, Nov. 1. Bobby Walthour and Fred Spencer, both ot New Jersey, won the six day bicycle race on points. They travelled 2165 miles on a mile track at Chicago. Harris Horder, of Australia, and Hayry Horan, of New Jersey, secured second place with the same mileage, scoring 553 points, compared with idle winners’ 1148. —Reuter.
