BULK METHOD FAVOURED. Received October 26, 12 noon. MELBOURNE, Oct. 26. A meeting of the council of the Chamber of Agriculture passed a resolution in favour of the bulk handling of wheat proposed by the State Government, to cost £3,500,000 yearly. During the debate it was stated that tho Victorian farmers in 1924 lost £750,000 by having to bag tho wheat. —Press Association.
