LONDON, Aug. 17. The Morning Post’s Paris correspondent says that at tho opening of the French "section of the Socialist International, M. Varenne, one of the leaders, was formally expelled from tho party for. accepting the Governor-Gen-eralship of Indo-China “from the present bourgeois Government.”—A. and N.Z. cable.
