EVACUATION OF RUHR.
TO BE COMPLETED THIS MONTH. BERLIN, July IS. The French evacuation of the Ruhr, which will ho completed by July 31, is proceeding quietly and unostentatiously, the thinning out of the police being preferred to the more conspicuous and spectacular colours two and a-half years ago: Bochum and Rocklinghausen were evacuated on July 17 and Rattingen on J iilv 20. Alany billets have already been released in Essen and Dusseldorf, but reports of the imminent evacuation of Dusseldorf and Duisberg are . premature. —A. and N.Z. cable. BELGIAN AGREEMENT.
