POHANGINA FESTIVAL.
Anglican Church members in the Polntngina parish are asked to read the announcement in another column of the services arranged for next Wednesday, the patronal festival of the parish. A cordial invitation is extended to all Anglican members in the parish to gather for the great service in the evening. A. large augmented choir of about 60 voices from Palmerston North and Feilding, and other parishes, will sing special music, while Mr J. Holmes Runnicles will preside at the organ.. Rev. G. B. Stephenson, M.Sc., vicar of Dannevirke, will bo the preacher. After the service the congregation will adjourn to the Army Hall, where all the visitors will be entertained at supper by the Ashhurst members. The latter are asked to supply the catering for 200, and to leave same at the hall on Wednesday afternoon. It is hoped that there will be a great gathering of Church members from every part of the parish, and that members will use every effort to attend.
