GOLF.
The Olaki Golf Club liavo advised the following names of tho team that they are sending to play in the match on Saturday, at the Hokowhitu links: —Sievers, Holmes, Wills, D'Atli, Gray, Iliggineon, Bevan, Winterburn, F. S. Simcox, P. Siracox W. St. George, Christensen, Brown, Smith, Podevin, O’Rourke, W. M. Simcox, Suhan, Adams W. Clark, Dunkley. Tho names are given in tho order of handicap, but the secretary of the Otaki Golf Club advises that Brown, Smith, O’Rourke, Suhan and Clark are a little doubtful as to whether they can got up. As the Otaki men arrive by a very early train, luncheon will be held shortly after 12, and tho match commence soon after half-past 12. A. Ekstedt and J. E. Lewis, who took advantage of the new rule allowing them to play their qualifying round in club championship on Wednesday, have sent in their cards. Ekstedt did the. very good round of 77, while Lewis did 84. L. Seifert’s card, 79, was the previous best.
