THE ALL BLACKS.
MESSAGE FROM CANADA. Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 9. The Governor-General has received the following cablegram from the LieutenantGovernor of Alberta, Canada, Calgary, February 7: —"Alberta rejoices to-day in the presence of the New Zealand athletes. Heartiest congratulations to our sister Dominion on a wonderful rocord of true sportsmanship.—(Signed) R. G. Brett, Lieutenant-Governor." His Excellency sent the following reply: —"We are grateful for your hospitality to and appreciation of the team of which we in Now Zealand are very proud. —(Signed) Charles Fergusson, GovernorGeneral."
