ALLEGED FAILURE TO ACCOUNT. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Jan. 7. Lawrence James Prendergast, a solicitor, was charged at the Police Court with having failed to account for £196 received by him in trust. He was remanded for a week. The chief detective stated that further charges were to be laid against the accused.
