MOTORING ACCIDENT.
BOOTMAKER KILLED
Por Press Association. OAMARU, Jan. 6. Robert Young, a married man, and a bootmaker by trade, was injured, in the early hours of this morning in a motor-car accident and died later in hospital. Young was returning to Oamaru with three other men in the car, which was driven by Ernest Heselwood. Nearing Oamaru the car swerved and struck a telegraph pole. Young, who was sitting at the back of the car, probably struck his head on the pole and collapsed.
