OPENED IN CONGREGATIONAL I-lALL. What promises to be a very successful function is the fair opened this afternoon in the Congregational flail, and is to be Continued this evening. Mesdames Page and Nickolls; sweet, Mrs Knglefiold and Miss Edwards; tea rooms, Mrs Smith and' Misses Mundy, Burges, Edwards and Staires. An excellent musical programme has been arranged under the .direction of Miss E. M. Rawlins, L.T.C.L., L.A.B. Competitions and a promenade concert will be a feature of the evening's proceedings. . .
