MEETING LAST NIGHT.

At the meeting of the Chess Club last Bight the ladder competition was continued. Mr R. Thorburn maintained his position against F. Gatlev, the game between C. Thorburn and H. Christensen be'ing adjourned. The first round in the fciorgi medal competition resulted in K. fc’horburn’s team securing three wins and Jesing one game.
