RAID ON A FARM.
Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Dec. 6. Inspector McNamara and a party of police raided a farm at Lora Gorge on Friday and seized a plant, believed to be a still, and about 50 gallons of liquor. A well- known farmer named Alexander McRae and another named Chisholm wero arrested and were remanded for a week.
