PENALTY FOR MUTINY. [By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] Received December 6, 1.10 p.m. CAIRO, Dec. 5. A court-martial at Khartoum sentenced to death four officers involved in the mutiny. One sentence was commuted to 15 years’ imprisonment. Three w;ere shot at dawn. All were from the musketry school. —A. and N.Z. cable. EGYPTIAN PARLIAMENT. NOT TO BE CONVOKED. Received December 6, 10.15 a.m. CAIRO, Dec. 5. It is understood that Zirwar has informed the president of the chamber that the Government has no intention of advising His Majesty to convoke Parliament.—A. and N.Z. cable.
