“Representations have been made to the banks, arid I an advised that steps have been taken to effect a uniformity of notes,” replied the Prime Minister (Hipht Hon. W. K. Massey) when asked a question by Mr De hi Perrelle (Awarua) in connection with the standardisation of £1 bank notes.
