AMERICA'S REPRESENTATIVE

WASHINGTON, Juno 25.

The Ambassador. Mr Kellogg, has been instructed to attend the Premiers' Conference. A White House spokesman, in a statement, said that Mr Keilogg would attend for the purpose of dealing with matters affecting the interests of the United States, and otherwise for the purposes of information, and asserted it was the uesire of the administration that the Dawes pian should be put into effect as speedily as possible. —A. and N.Z. cable.
