SOCIALIST OUTBURST.
CATS AND MILKCANS. LONDON, May 27. The House of Commons, on a non-party vote, rejected the Ministerial plan, to make children ot 14 to lb years ot age eligible for the unemployment dole. Mr Jack Jones, the socialist member for West Ham, was lurioua with the Government surrender. He shouted: "You're no Socialist leaders! You couldn't lead a cat to a milk-can !"
