Eurly this afternoon the Fire Brigade received a call to tho lesidence of Mrs M. King, No. 10, Cook street. On arrival it was found that the washhouse, adjoining the dwelling, was ablaze. The ise of the hose was not necessary, buckets of water only being required to extinguish the flames. The damage done was not material.
