GERMAN REPLY TO SOVIET. Received May 7, 9.20 a.m. * BERLIN, -Alay 6. The German reply to Krestinski's note does not accept the reproach with respect to the disregard of the existing treaties or the illegality of the arrest of employees of the Soviet trades' delegation.—Reuter. M. Krestinski, the Russian Ambassador in Berlin, closed his offices there and departed for Moscow, following the action of the German police in raiding the headquarters of the Russian commercial delegation and arresting eight employees who had previously escaped from arrest in Wurtemburg.
