TWO MEN DROWNED.

SWEPT AWAY IN HUTT RIVER. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 4. George Muller, aged 50. single, an Australian, and Harold Andrews, a young single Wellington man, were drowned in the Hutt river through the flooded river sweeping a horse off its feet and capsizing a dray in a hole. The men were swept away so quiokly that several others working on the river banks were unable to give arty assistance. The river is too high for attempts to recover the bodies. The horse and dray were lost in deep water.
