I'omcare. Tlio writer accuses Britain of securing the lion's .share from the war, leaving nothing for France. Lord d'Abernon is accused or encouraging the German resistance. Britain, it is stated, fear's a Franco-German Alliance so much that she devoted all her efforts to preventing France settling her affairs with Germany direct, and Germany's resistance was regulated constantly according to the British Government's attitude.
