A VAGUE DOCUMENT
Received April 2, 11.30 a.m. " LONDON, April 1. The Allies' Note leaves the Turks to fix the date of the next Lausanne Conference; otherwise it is a vague document, deliberately refraining from definite refutation of the reiterated Turkish claims, seeking to leave the door open for the resumption of negotiations,—A. and N.Z. cable.
