ARMING TURKESTAN.
"RED" AIRMEN'S PROPOSAL,
LONDON, March 7. Tho official organ of the flying section of the "Red" Army, in a longarticle, urges tho necessity of providing the Soviet Republic of Turkestan with a powerful squadron of aeroplanes, says tho Moscow correspondent of the London Daily Mail. The reason given is "the special position of Turkestan in connection with the growth of revolution in India and the awakening of the East."
