PROPOSED WORLD COURT.
ACTION TO BE POSTPONED. Received February 28, 1.25 p.m.‘ -WASHINGTON, Fab. 27. In connection with the World Court, the Foreign Relations Committee has virtually decided to postpone action on President Harding’s proposal until next session. No vote has been taken, but Senators representing all views declared that the “concern sus of opinion was that the matter could not be brought up in the Senate in the few days remaining.—A. and N.Z. cable.
